Dr. Dusty Alahakoon is a Change and Transformation Specialist with over 25 years of leadership experience across global brands such as British American Tobacco, Coca-Cola, and Heineken.
He is a corporate trainer, executive coach, and organizational development consultant, passionate about helping leaders and teams unlock their full potential in today’s fast-changing business landscape.
Dr. Dusty holds a Doctorate in Organizational Change Capability from ECS Clermont, France, and is the first Sri Lankan graduate of INSEAD’s prestigious Executive Master in Coaching and Consulting for Change (EMC) program.
He is also a Fellow Member and Chartered Marketer of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK).
